Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, Gadbois Jewelry will be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt of purchase. All sale items are final, and nonreturnable or refundable. All returns must include proof of purchase, and must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received for us to process the exchange or refund. Products that are purchased on our website cannot be returned at Gadbois Jewelry Authorized Retailers and counters.

 

Missing or Damaged Items Policy: Please note that we require any missing or damaged items from your shipment must be reported to us within 48 hours of the package delivery from the postal carrier to you. Please be sure to open and inspect your package and check that all of its contents are there. We cannot replace products that are reported missing after the 48 hour mark. 

 

All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment on your order with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges. Your refund will be processed in 48 hours, and your credit card company may take up to four to seven business days to credit your account.
