Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. Please allow at least one day for order processing. All orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day. All orders to be shipped outside the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska will be held for 10 business days to insure validity. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address.
Complimentary 2-Day Shipping
Complimentary 2-day shipping will automatically be applied during checkout. No code required. Offer applies to shipping on continental U.S., Alaskan and Hawaiian SLOANESTREET.com orders only. Does not apply to SLOANESTREET in-store purchases or out-of-stock items. Additional charges for shipping to some U.S. territories may apply. If an item is not in stock or can't be shipped in a 2-day time period, a SLOANESTREET.com customer service specialist will notify you at the time your order is received.
Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping will be charged a flat rate of $35.
We individually wrap each item in your order with our signature SLOANESTREET packaging. If it's for you or for someone you love, each package will receive a beautiful gift box and a jewelry pouch for safe keeping.
All packages require a signature upon delivery. Additional charges may accrue if more than one attempt is made for delivery. SLOANESTREET does not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO BOXES). Deliveries will only occur Monday - Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns and exchanges accompanied by the original receipt for a refund or merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For cash sales, a mail check will be issued within 14 days of the return. For a gift, merchandise credit will be issued for the full value of the merchandise when accompanied by a gift receipt. Custom orders cannot be returned. Deposits on custom orders are not refundable.
International Orders: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on returns and exchanges. Customs and other taxes on international returns must be fully paid by the customer before the return authorization is granted.

All repairs are handled on a case by case basis. Charges are assessed once the item for repair has been received and evaluated by the SLOANESTREET Repair Representative.
If an order arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition, please inform us immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience if this occurs and there will be no charge for this kind of repair.
